For Thom Sebastian

This poem came to me as I took my evening walk at sunset. Today would've been Thom's birthday but he passed away this past June. I've been thinking of him a lot today. This is for you, Thom:


Thom Sebastian
Was a hell of a man

His music brought immense joy
We'll certainly all miss that boy

He left his earthly life in June
His last sunset came too soon

Friends remembering his special day
All came here to have their say

Know it’s you we’re thinking of
Sending lots of thoughts and love

We’re all better for knowing that gentle man
Thom Sebastian.
